Due to the nature of technology consulting, software development, cloud services, and other professional IT services, refunds are subject to the conditions outlined below.
Every refund request is reviewed individually to ensure fairness to both the client and Sysevolve Technologies.
2. Service Deposits
Project deposits secure scheduling, resource allocation, planning, and the commencement of work.
Once work has started, deposits are non-refundable except where Sysevolve Technologies is unable to deliver the agreed service due to reasons solely within our control.
3. Professional Services
Professional services include, but are not limited to:
- Managed IT Services
- Cloud Solutions
- Software Development
- Infrastructure & Networking
- Data, AI & Automation
- Technology Consulting
- Installation and Configuration
- System Integration
- Training Services
Fees paid for services already performed are non-refundable.
If a project is cancelled after work has commenced, the client will be responsible for payment covering all work completed up to the cancellation date.
4. Custom Software Development
Custom software is developed specifically for individual client requirements.
Because development work involves significant planning, design, coding, testing, and consultation, payments made for completed milestones or delivered work are non-refundable.
If a project is terminated before completion, any completed work remains payable.
5. Hardware and Software Purchases
Refunds for hardware, software licenses, subscriptions, and third-party products are subject to the return and refund policies of the respective manufacturer, distributor, or software vendor.
Products that have been activated, licensed, downloaded, installed, or specially ordered may not be eligible for refunds.
6. Subscription Services
Managed services, maintenance contracts, cloud subscriptions, and recurring support plans are billed according to the agreed contract.
Unless otherwise stated in the service agreement:
- Charges already billed are non-refundable.
- Cancellation of recurring services will apply to future billing periods only.
- Clients remain responsible for outstanding invoices incurred before cancellation.
7. Client-Initiated Cancellation
If a client chooses to cancel a project after work has begun:
- Payments for completed work will not be refunded.
- Outstanding work completed before cancellation remains payable.
- Any unused prepaid amount may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis where appropriate.
8. Company-Initiated Cancellation
If Sysevolve Technologies is unable to continue providing a service due to circumstances within our reasonable control and no suitable alternative can be offered, we may provide a full or partial refund for services not yet delivered.
9. Non-Refundable Items
The following are generally non-refundable:
- Consultation fees
- Project deposits after work has commenced
- Completed development work
- Digital products delivered electronically
- Software licenses
- Domain registrations
- Hosting services already activated
- Third-party subscriptions
- Cloud service charges already incurred
- Emergency support services
- Training sessions already delivered
10. Refund Processing
Where a refund is approved:
- Refunds will be processed using the original payment method where reasonably possible.
- Processing times may vary depending on financial institutions and payment providers.
- Any applicable transaction fees charged by banks or payment providers may be deducted where permitted by law.
11. Disputed Charges
If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, please contact us promptly with all relevant details.
We will investigate the matter thoroughly and respond within a reasonable period.
12. Limitation
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable laws.
13. Changes to This Policy
Sysevolve Technologies reserves the right to amend this Refund Policy at any time. Updated versions will be published on our website together with the revised effective date.
